Comprehensive user training must be a part of the implementation plan. The new solution should help Human Resources Department to tackle operational problems related to the repetitive applicant tracking tasks and streamline the current recruitment process.

The solution has job advertising and post features with complete job lifecycle management in one place, multiple job boards, user-friendly application forms, etc.
The solution stores data securely in Canada (data localization), and it met the City’s data security & retention requirements.
It has an Application Tracking System, Applicant selection, and preparing interview questions.
It has a complete paperless candidate onboarding feature.
It has the ability to report on information captured during the application submission process. Report created can also be customized .
